omissions or errors in any business continuity or disaster
recovery plans, procedures, decisions, processes, which is
produced, implemented, or made as a result of guidance or advice
obtained from this document or directly from Disaster Recovery
Services Pty Ltd representatives.

documentation, features and software files, is provided "as is"
and without any express or implied warranties, including,
without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the
directors of Disaster Recovery Services Pty Ltd, the owners of
the copyright and intellectual property, be liable for any
direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or
consequential damages (including, but not limited to,
procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data,
or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any
theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or
tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out
of the use of the described methodology or associated
documentation, features and software files even if advised of
the possibility of such damage.

OR OTHERWISE USING THE PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT
INSTALL OR USE THE PRODUCT; YOU MAY RETURN IT TO YOUR PLACE OF
PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND.
